Q.How can I order?
A. You may order from our secure shopping cart, which encrypts all of your sensitive information. Phone calls are welcome too! Call us at 714-536-2953 to place your order or discuss any special requests. We are on "left" coast time so please call during normal business hours. (In other words after the sun has risen in the sky).

Q. When can I expect my Memory Beads Bracelet to arrive?
A. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days so can expect your order to arrive within 7-10 days depending on which coast you are on. (We are on the left coast) If you need something in a big hurry please let us know and we will do our best to help you out. Just post your notes in the "Special Requests" box upon checkout. You may also pay extra and receive expediting shipping.

Q. What if my memory beads bracelet is too big or too small?
A. The great thing about our Memory Beads bracelets is that they are adjustable. You can fasten the clasp anywhere on the chain. This makes them great gifts because they don't have to be an exact size. If by some chance yours is not the right size simply contact us within 30 days and we will happy to resize it for you at no charge.

Q. How is my order shipped?
A. All orders are shipped via UPS ground and are insured. We do not ship via the US postal service. God love them, but they seem to have some sort of a black hole that our shipments fall into never to be seen again. You may pay extra if you need your order UPS 2 day or UPS 3 day. Just us and we will expedite your order. Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii may incur additional charges.

Q. Do you have a gift boxes available?
A. All of our pieces come with an anti-tarnish felt jewelry pouch and in our own special jewelry box with our logo on the outside. We can also gift wrap for a small extra charge.

Q. What about repairs?
A. Our bracelets are heirloom quality and are made to endure the test of time. If through normal usage or accident your piece needs repair we will be happy to repair it. Try not to wear your jewelry while swimming, showering, rock climbing or jack hammering…although it is all sterling silver or 14k gold it is not meant to with stand severe trauma or hurricane force winds. Wire, clasps, stones and strands can all break if stressed enough. And yes, this goes for diamonds too. (I know this first hand)

Q. I bought a Memory Beads bracelet a while back and had another child. May I add another strand?
A. Sure. The best way to do this is to return the original bracelet to us and make sure it is in a box and packed well so that it does not get crushed. ( I believe they hide pink elephants in the back at the post office) us for a RMA #, (Return Authorization Number) prior to sending anything packages..

We will be happy to add another name to it and will even polish it up for you so it looks shiny new. The cost will be the difference between the two plus shipping. Please make sure you us prior to sending the bracelet so we can get all of your information and be expecting it. Also, make sure you send a note with the bracelet which includes your address and phone number.

Q. Can I return or exchange my piece?
A. Although we know you will love your Memory Beads Bracelet, we will be happy to accept returns within 14 days of the date of shipment. All returns must be in original condition and not worn. You must receive a RMA # (Return Authorization Number) before shipping any item back to us. To receive an RMA # please us with your reason for return, your name, address and phone number. If possible include your invoice number. This helps us give credit where credit is due. All returns must be sent insured post or UPS and boxed. Do not use a padded envelope.

Q. How cute is your dog?
A. Oh, we knew you were going to ask this question. He is cute...unbearably cute. Athough, I do catch him practicing in front of the mirror so he has become really, really good at it.

Q. Is that dog on your website a stuffed animal?
A. No, although many children think he is. He is a real dog actually. An Old English Sheepdog...and his name is Dougal...the dog that spins.
